We collect the minimum data needed to reply to your message and to operate this website. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data for marketing purposes. Ever.

What we do not do

  • No advertising cookies. No analytics cookies. No tracking pixels.
  • No selling or sharing your data with third-party marketers. Ever.
  • No profiling or automated decision-making in the sense of Art. 22 GDPR.
  • No transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA without your explicit consent.

Where data is processed

The website is hosted in the EU on a dedicated server in Germany (Hetzner), fronted by Cloudflare. Email from the contact form is routed via a transactional-email provider (Resend) on EU-resident infrastructure. We do not use US-only services that would trigger third-country data transfers under Schrems II.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right at any time to:

  • Request access to your personal data we hold (Art. 15)
  • Have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
  • Have your data erased (Art. 17)
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18)
  • Receive your data in machine-readable form (Art. 20)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77)

Email info@soilflux.de with the subject line "GDPR request". We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee.

The supervisory authority for our jurisdiction is Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We set only one strictly necessary cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose (English or German). It holds no personal data. Your light, dark or automatic theme choice is not a cookie: it is kept in your browser's local storage under the key "theme" and never leaves your device.
