What we do not do

  • No advertising cookies. No analytics cookies. No tracking pixels.
  • No selling or sharing your data with third-party marketers. Ever.
  • No profiling or automated decision-making in the sense of Art. 22 GDPR.
  • No transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA without your explicit consent.

Where data is processed

The website is hosted in the EU (Vercel Frankfurt / Cloudflare EU edge — depending on final deployment). Email from the contact form is routed via a transactional-email provider (Resend or similar) on EU-resident infrastructure. We do not use US-only services that would trigger third-country data transfers under Schrems II.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right at any time to:

  • Request access to your personal data we hold (Art. 15)
  • Have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
  • Have your data erased (Art. 17)
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18)
  • Receive your data in machine-readable form (Art. 20)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77)

The supervisory authority for our jurisdiction is Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen.
