Which trials are worth running

Detecting a 10% yield difference in the field can take between 9 and 28 replicates. Nobody has that budget for every site. We rank candidate strains against candidate sites by where they should establish and persist — so the trials you do run are the ones that can actually settle the question.

Whether the result carries

A result in one crop, in one country, is a result in one crop, in one country. We score how comparable a new environment is — climate and soil, separately — and say how far the strain's behaviour should transfer, together with the minimal trial that would confirm it.

Transferability is not efficacy. We say so on every answer.

Where the register is already crowded

Being the eleventh product registered against the same target in the same country is a capital-allocation mistake that only shows up years later. We help you frame where a register is dense and where it is sparse, so market sequencing becomes a decision rather than an assumption.

Strongest today in the EU, at active-substance level. Every answer states where our coverage ends.

What you walk out with

An answer you can hand to someone else.

The output is not an internal read-out. It is the thing you put in front of a distributor, a registrar, or your own management — every claim carrying its evidence, its confidence, and the boundary of what it does not cover.

Which is why exportability and defensibility are product requirements here, not polish. If it cannot survive being forwarded without you in the room, it is not finished.

The floor

What we will not claim.

This category has a trust problem, and it was earned. The fastest way for us to be useful is to be exact about where our answer stops.

Genus, not strain

Public data resolves to genus. Bacillus subtilis, thuringiensis and amyloliquefaciens are three different products under one name, and we cannot yet tell them apart. Strain-level resolution comes from your data, not ours.

Transferability, not efficacy

We predict establishment, persistence and comparability. We do not promise that a product works. Efficacy is the long-term goal, earned one controlled stage at a time — never asserted.

Coverage has edges

Regional validation is real in some places and thin in others, and register coverage is deeper inside the EU than outside it. Every answer says which it is.

How it starts

Commercials last.

The order matters more than the price. Success criteria are agreed before any contract, so a result cannot be talked into being a win after the fact.
